Stacey Canclini began her journey with BPMNJ in 2011 and quickly expanded her role from receptionist to legal assistant across multiple practice areas. After returning in 2021, she now leads as Director of Revenue Operations, ensuring smooth coordination firm-wide. Colleagues and clients alike appreciate her friendly, unflappable presence and her knack for making people feel looked after.
Brenda Andrade
With over three decades at BPMNJ, Brenda Andrade is a cornerstone of the Walnut Creek team. Her deep knowledge of civil litigation procedures and unwavering reliability make her an indispensable resource for attorneys and clients alike. Mary Catherine Lovelace
Mary Catherine Lovelace has been a trusted legal professional since 1983 and joined BPMNJ in 1991. Based in Walnut Creek, she specializes in Probate and Trust Administration, offering clients efficient, independent support with a focus on cost-effective solutions. She is known for her approachable manner and for taking the time to answer clients’ questions clearly at every stage.
Sandy Decker
Sandy Decker joined BPMNJ in 2019, initially as a paralegal intern. After earning her Paralegal Certificate, she became a full-time member of the team, supporting the firm’s litigation practice with diligence and precision. Sandy is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to client service. She plays a vital role in case preparation and legal research, helping ensure smooth and effective representation in Walnut Creek’s conservatorship, guardianship, and probate practice. Melody Tayo
After completing her paralegal program, Melody Tayo joined BPMNJ’s Walnut Creek office in 2022. She plays a vital role in administrative operations, helping ensure seamless coordination between both offices and providing consistent support to attorneys and staff. Attorneys, staff, and clients alike appreciate her welcoming manner and her willingness to help wherever she is needed.
Sidrah Mukhtar
Sidrah Mukhtar became part of BPMNJ’s Walnut Creek team in 2024 as a newly certified paralegal. She contributes to estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters, assisting attorneys and clients with professionalism and care. Clients find her friendly and patient, and she brings a calming presence to sensitive matters.
Kelsey Krueger
In her second stint with the firm, Kelsey Krueger is a Paralegal at BPMNJ, where she supports the firm’s attorneys with estate planning, probates, and trust administrations. With prior experience as a Paralegal and Legal Secretary in San Francisco, Kelsey brings a strong foundation in case management, document preparation, and client service. Her professionalism and attention to detail help ensure that every client receives thoughtful, personalized legal support.
Madeline Bolander
Inspired after interning at Santa Cruz Senior Legal Center, Madeline went on to earn her Paralegal certificate from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2024. She joined the firm in 2025 contributing her skills to civil, trust, and probate litigation. Clients value her down-to-earth, friendly manner and her quick responsiveness whenever questions arise.

Maureen Goldie, JD
Maureen Goldie joined the Sacramento office in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from her time at Family Wealth Law Group. She offers specialized support in trusts and estates, with a strong grasp of local court procedures and a focus on conservatorship and probate matters. Clients appreciate her friendly, practical guidance and the confidence she brings to complex matters.
Melisa Perez
Melisa Perez joined BPMNJ in April 2024, bringing her background in psychology from UC Santa Cruz to an administrative role. She has since become a Paralegal, supporting the entire firm with estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration, and working alongside the firm’s attorneys and paralegals. She is currently pursuing a double master’s degree at San Diego State University. Clients appreciate her warm, friendly manner and her care in keeping them informed and at ease throughout the process.
Ha’ane Sabio
Currently pursuing her Paralegal Studies degree, Ha’ane Sabio joined BPMNJ’s Sacramento office in 2024. Her hands-on experience and dedication to estate planning and probate matters make her a valuable asset to both clients and attorneys. She also takes a lead role in organization and office processes in Sacramento, keeping the office running efficiently. Her upbeat, friendly manner puts clients at ease and makes her a pleasure to work with.
Rachyll Kolve
Rachyll Kolve joined BPMNJ’s Sacramento office in 2026 as a paralegal, supporting the firm’s litigation and probate and trust administration practices. Madisen Robinson
Madisen Robinson joined BPMNJ in 2026 as Administrative Assistant to Scott Judson and Ashley Harvey in the Sacramento office. She manages calendars and scheduling, assists with client intake, and keeps the team organized and running smoothly. Clients appreciate her friendly, welcoming manner from their very first call.
Aarushi Raghunathan
Aarushi Raghunathan joined BPMNJ in 2026 after graduating from UC Davis. As Receptionist in the Sacramento office, she is the first friendly face clients see, and she answers phones for the entire firm, fielding calls for both the Sacramento and Walnut Creek offices. She takes pride in making every caller and visitor feel genuinely welcome from the first hello.
