We hired Cecilia Tsang to assist us with getting conservatorships for our twin sons, who were turning 18 with severe special needs. She and the staff at BPMN&J handled our case extremely well, and I am delighted to give her my strongest recommendation. Since we live in Placer County, our hearings were conducted in Auburn. Cecilia and our team warned us that this particular court almost never grants all the requested powers to custodians. We were prepared to face strong push back from the local Regional Center and our sons’ court-appointed attorney. Fortunately, our team was extremely well prepared, and as a result, there were absolutely no objections to our requests. In about five minutes, the judge was willing to grant us the authority we need, to take the best possible care of our sons. In addition to Cecilia, I would add a special thanks to her paralegal, Maureen Goldie. Maureen was there every step of the way, assuring that all of our paperwork was accurate and complete, and giving us lots of pointers on how this particular court operates, and what we might expect. We felt like very valued clients, and a complex process was completed flawlessly. If you need similar representation to care for your loved ones, make this team your first choice. As a Real Estate Professional, I enjoyed working with Scott. Scott is an excellent attorney. I have closed two transactions with him in the last eight months. At first, my client hired another lawyer for the probate listing. However, after two months, there was no progress and the lawyer they hired was no longer responding to our emails on time. My client decided to find another attorney. That’s when we met Scott. He took our file and handled everything in cooperation. Because of his professionalism, I immediately contacted Scott on my second probate listing as well. I knew he would delicately take care of things as soon as possible. Our second sale loan entered into pre-foreclosure. We had a limited time to turn the house around, sell, and save our client’s substantial amount of money. Scott worked really hard and played a very big role in closing this sale without hiccups. He did everything we required and discussed each step of the medical powers of attorney. We just mentioned my sister’s situation, and when he looked into it for us, he showed us that we were going to pay an additional 20% in taxes, if we didn’t change order of beneficiaries. This has the potential to save my family a lot of money should my sister pass away.
