Kyla J. Hale is a senior associate attorney with Bold, Polisner, Maddow Nelson & Judson. Kyla's practice area is focused on estate planning, where she drafts comprehensive estate plans for individuals and families to suit their specific familial, financial, and business needs, including formation of business entities. Kyla's practice is also concentrated on probate, trust administration, and conservatorship matters, where she represents individuals and California Licensed Professional Fiduciaries as executors, trustees, and conservators throughout California.
Kyla regularly receives judicial appointments as Court Appointed Counsel to represent minors in guardianship actions and conservatees in conservatorship actions, as well as guardian ad litem.
To supplement her work, Kyla is a proud contributing author of Continuing Education of the Bar, legal practice guides in which she edits chapters on estate planning and trust administration.
Kyla earned her J.D. in 2018 from UC Davis School of Law, where she graduated cum laude, and among other things, she earned a Tax Law certificate and was a member of the prestigious UC Davis Law Review. Kyla earned the Witkin Award in Marital Property.
In her free time, Kyla enjoys pottery, backpacking, and spending time outside in the garden.
